To the members of Penrith Baseball Club Inc.

We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 19th April 2018 at 7.30pm at the Peachtree Hotel, 54 Peachtree Road, Penrith NSW.
As a member of the Club you are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting.
All Office Bearers/committee roles will be declared vacant. Nominations for all Officer Bearers may be made in writing, provided they are seconded by a financial member and given to the incumbent Executive Committee any time prior to the Annual General Meeting, at which time they will be presented to the members or called for from the members present. Written consent must be obtained from any nominee who is absent on the night of the election.
If you are interested in contributing to the continued development and running of our Club, eiither in an Executive role or as a general committee member, you are invited to nominate for any of these positions. These are:
• President
• Vice President Juniors
• Vice President Seniors
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Senior Registrar
• Junior Registrar
• Club Delegate/s – can include but not limited to
o GWBA
o Baseball NSW State League
o Baseball NSW Women’s League o SydneyMetroBaseballLeague
• Canteen Manager
• Development Officer
• Head Grounds person
• Grounds person/s
• Gear Manager
• Tournament Director
• Web Manager
• Judiciary Committee
• Promotions Officer/Sponsorship co-ordinator
• Social Coordinator (i.e. to coordinate Christmas party, presentations, team photos etc)

We are also looking for people to help coordinate/grow various areas within the club i.e. coaching, scoring and umpiring. This will entail encouraging people to nominate for these roles and assist with training and support for these roles.
If you have a passion to grow and develop our Club, have new ideas and want to provide continued access to baseball to the players of the area, please come along and nominate for one of the positions.
